“疫情就是命令，防控就是责任”。新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作自开展以来，高新区医院紧急成立传染病防控工作领导小组，我担任副组长一职。带领组队成员全力以赴投入到抗击疫情第一线，不忘初心，牢记使命，勇于担当，确保辖区居民生命安全和身体健康。

一、组织各项培训，强化医护人员业务能力，增强百姓防疫意识

1.2020年1月21日，我为全院医务人员及各乡村的村医详细讲解了《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》，重点讲解新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例特点、临床表现、实验室检查和影像学表现、病例定义、病例报告、治疗。

2.2020年1月27日-29日，我多次到马山、辉石埠、西谭家泊、东谭家泊、南寨村委及滨河社区、农大社区物业中心，反复为工作人员做《烟台高新区新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎摸排说明》的讲解，内容包括排查对象、排查人员个人防护、体温检测、额温枪使用方法、物资配置、消毒管理等。每天直到天黑我才回到医院，顾不上喝口热水，抓紧时间整理资料，及时上报，并与组员们一起研究下一步的工作安排。

二、组建心理援助干预队伍，注重心理疏导

为做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控，及时疏导群众恐慌、焦虑等不良情绪，我区组建心理危机干预队伍，我任队长，主动公开心理援助热线号码，安排人员24小时值守，及时为有需要的求助者提供咨询服务。

三、放弃休息，首个请缨

1.2020年1月22日晚，我院接诊一位高烧患者，该患者1个月前自武汉回烟，体温39.7℃，值班医生将情况汇报给我后，我第一时间上报给组长及疾控中心，并迅速赶回医院。经检查后排除了新冠肺炎的可能。

2.2020年1月24日，接到上级指示，要求街道办、派出所及医院共同摸排，尽管我刚值了一宿夜班，非常疲累，但是排查疫情刻不容缓，整理好装备，我冒着可能被传染的风险到有外地旅居史返烟者家中逐户摸排，详细登记，汇总信息，上报主管部门，直到晚上11点才结束了工作。这天是大年三十，虽然我不能与家人团聚一起吃年夜饭，但是能为防控工作尽自己一份微薄的力量，我感到非常光荣与自豪!

自2020年1月21日传染病防控工作领导小组成立至今，我已连续工作二十天，虽然身体很累，但是心里始终有一团火在燃烧，我坚信，按照习近平主席的指示，在区委领导及院领导的正确带领下，我们有信心将防控工作做好，新冠肺炎的战争我们一定会取得胜利!
